Who we are
Eliza Consultancy works exclusively with NHS Trusts, Government departments and public sector organisations that need senior ICT programme and portfolio management capability on a flexible basis. A member of the consultancy team works directly with each client throughout the engagement, from initial scoping through to delivery and handover. We don't operate as a generalist agency. Our focus is deliberate and our experience is specific to the public sector.
Our Team
We draw on a team of experienced ICT programme and project management consultants with backgrounds across the NHS, UK Government and public sector. Our engagements are hands-on and personally delivered, not subcontracted or passed down.
