Who we are
Eliza Consultancy works exclusively with NHS Trusts, Government departments and public sector organisations that need senior ICT programme and portfolio management capability on a flexible basis. A member of the consultancy team works directly with each client throughout the engagement, from initial scoping through to delivery and handover. We don't operate as a generalist agency. Our focus is deliberate and our experience is specific to the public sector.
Our Director
Shah Uddin is the founder and director of Eliza Consultancy, bringing over a decade of senior ICT programme and portfolio leadership experience gained across some of the UK's most demanding public sector environments.
His career spans programme, project and PMO delivery roles across NHS trusts and central and local government organisations. Across these engagements he has established PMO functions, governed complex multi-workstream portfolios, driven large-scale infrastructure and digital transformation programmes, and managed cybersecurity change delivery.
Shah is professionally certified in PRINCE2, AgilePM, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Portfolio Programme and Project Offices (P3O), Change Management and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, and is a Member of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. He brings both the technical grounding and the governance discipline that public sector ICT programmes demand.
At Eliza Consultancy, clients engage directly with senior expertise from the outset. There are no hand offs, no intermediaries and no distance between the brief and the person accountable for delivery.
